You may not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. We may refuse content that appears to violate these terms and will refund an affected order when appropriate.
3. Product Appearance and Image Quality
Screen colors may differ slightly from printed colors. You are responsible for reviewing crops and supplying images with enough resolution for the selected product.
4. Custom Products, Returns, and Refunds
Because products are personalized, returns generally cannot be accepted for customer selection errors, incorrect crops, spelling mistakes, or low-resolution uploads.
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs so we can evaluate a replacement or refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss occurring after confirmed delivery, but we will assist with reasonable carrier claims.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. Payment is due when the order is placed. We may cancel or refuse an order and will refund amounts charged for an order we cannot fulfill.

The website, branding, software, designs, and original site content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
